our story
Our story begins in the Summer of 2005, Foundations of Art class at Ball State. Each class member was asked to introduce themselves with a fun fact. John told a riveting and hilarious story about rescuing a hamster, and I had an insta-crush. We became friends and went on occasional dates, including one fun date to a probation-mandated (nothing serious, fam!) Narcotics Anonymous meeting. John liked that I was always down for an adventure, even the weirder ones! Alas, the early aughts were not our time yet. We remained friends and stayed in touch over the next decade.
Fall of 2015, John was looking to buy a house in a neighborhood nearby, so we met up at Black Acre and had a great time catching up over beers. A few months later, John coincidentally bought a house a few blocks away from mine (said he didn’t want to be in a long distance relationship) and we started dating!
The rest, as they say… is TMI. ♥ Beth
